Final account services from Q10 Construction Consulting
A final account certification within construction contains all the financial aspects of the project, along with any supporting documents in relation to cost. The final account certificate will be issued towards the end of the contract between the client & the contractor. It may be necessary to hold a meeting to discuss any outstanding variations which have not yet been covered in the interim payments. Once both parties have agreed to the final account figure we will issue the final account certificate for both parties to sign.
